What the Enquiry Form Collects

• The services you tick and roughly how big the job is
• Which material the job involves
• Your name, phone number and email address
• The first line of your address and your postcode
• Anything you write under "Anything else we should know?" (optional)
• That you ticked the consent box, and the web address of the page you sent the form from

If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us. Our hosting provider also records technical details such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

What Happens to Your Enquiry

The form sends your enquiry to Better Home Hub (betterhomehub.co.uk), which runs this site. We use it to reply to you and, where we can, to introduce you to a suitable local driveway specialist. If we do, we share your contact details and the details of the job with that specialist so they can contact you about it. The specialist is an independent business and is responsible for your data once they have it. Specialists may pay Better Home Hub a fee for the introduction. We do not sell your personal data.

We rely on your consent (the box you tick on the form) to pass your enquiry to a specialist, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; it does not undo anything already shared.

Better Home Hub uses service providers to host its website, store enquiries and send email, under contracts that require them to protect your data. They are listed in Better Home Hub's full privacy notice.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after your enquiry is closed, then delete or anonymise them.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
• Correct data that is wrong
• Delete your data, or restrict how we use it
• Stop using your data where we rely on legitimate interests
• Give you your data in a format you can take elsewhere
